Feathers Of Grace LLC accepts 25% non-refundable deposit which is to reserve a hand-fed chick until it is fully weaned. The deposit is applied to the total purchase price. We do not sell unweaned chicks. We do have a waiting list if you would like to be added for future babies please email us for further information. We sell strictly as first come first serve. Full payment must be made before the baby is shipped or picked up. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. All checks must be made out to Feathers of Grace LLC. We will ship only after payment clears. We now offer credit card services through authorize.net web link. All information is processed through authorize.net and Feathers of Grace LLC does take credit card information. Buyers paying by credit card must contact us by e-mail or phone to reserve the bird and make shipping arrangements.

Limited Health Guarantee

We provide a 3 day health guarantee. We can provide a health certificate for $30 for all birds from our avian veterinarian. If you believe there is a problem it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. If the baby should become ill or die within the initial three days as determined by an avian veterinarian with documented verification Feathers of Grace will provide at our option a full refund, buy the bird back, replacement of equal value when available or payment for treatment. The bird must be seen by an avian veterinarian within the guarantee period or the guarantee becomes null and void. Our guarantee does not cover neglect, abuse, injuries, malnutrition or accidents. If the chick should die it should be refridgerated for a necropsy to be performed by an avian veterinarian. Unconclusive findings from the necropsy will not be covered. Leg bands must be returned with the necropsy report from an avian veterinarian before refund or replacement will be given. Your new bird should not be in the same airspace as other birds as many diseases are airborne and this will invalidate your guarantee. We assume no responsibility for veterinary services for you new bird.

Conditions and Disclaimers

We do all we can to raise lovable socialized chicks although each bird is an individual and have different personalities and temperments. It is up to the bird owner to continue to socialize and train their new companion once they bring them home.
